Reduce base compensation and replace by results oriented incentives. Hasten publication of results. Don't keep investors in the dark. Get to breakeven this year no, ifs ands or buts. Of not you are fired. No more dilution. That is over. Widen sales channels. Make sure investors understand revenue picture from "sales" to the wholesaler to recognized sales. Keep non essential G&a costs down.
