Basically it says that if you add anatabine to tobacco products, in some aspects, the tobacco material has very low levels of tobacco specific nitrosamines (TSNA)

Someone with a more agile young brain better wade in here but it looks like they can spray anatabine on at the time they would add flavor to cigarettes, like menthol.
