Friend, I'm going to tell you honestly. This stock is now being recommended by a fraudulent institution known as "The National Inflation Association". Please do due diligence with your purchase. Look at this company's key statistics and you'll see their balance sheet is HORRID..
Ok. Many key statistics leave me dubious, but it looks like they are sitting on a pile of cash. I'm just curious if the partnership PGG Wrightson could turn all of this around. It looks like an intriguing story. Am I way off?
for what it's worth, all the food stocks are down, feed, seed, and gro. Has somewhat to do with the way food prices are regulated, and perhaps some negatives on seed, that was once thought to be the Chinese Monsanto. Right now gro may be delisted, because of the share average being below a buck, but they're not non-compliant and the share price is out of their hands. I've been watching these three for years, seed was once 15, gro used to be five.
I'm thinking that food stocks aren't sexy right now and there isn't a sign that prices will be going up in a way that would benefit from this stage of food production. Maybe the high end producers are doing well in the new Chinese economy and maybe they've figured out cheaper ways to get their seedlings and sperm.
