    • Hi ,

at first i thought, that this is only another basher attempt against US listed chinese companies.
But on second sight i think you are right, this is a serious issue and it can give companies like Agria and others a reason to delist. We can hope that they try it with doing a co listing at another stock exchange, like HSE. That would be very helpful and will boost the share price.
If Agria is acting against the interest of the small shareholders they can do it with a going private and a new IPO some years later. But this could lead to a lawsuit against AGRIA and
could make a new listing at HSE impossible. It is a listing rule at HSE that a company that is seeking an IPO have not harm shareholder rights before.
Currently i have the opinion that Agria will help to maintain there share price and on a longer view they will seek a new listing in Hong Kong. I assume that they will act in the interest of all shareholder and that we don't see a squeeze out. It would be harmful for the reputation and reputation is important for an IPO. Additionally Agria have to be careful not to injure heir biggest asset (PGW)
