Agria will grow in North America ! They must have found an investor with great pockets.
We expect further consolidation trends in the global agriculture industry, and in particular, in markets which would create merger and acquisition opportunities for us, including North America and Greater China. We plan to explore external financing to facilitate expansion of our market reach in these key markets. We consider that it is of strategic importance that we continue to stay ahead of these market opportunities with an aim of enhancing returns to our shareholders.
Mr. Lai, stop selling these craps, tell us how can GRO recover the loss on P3A and Ganxin, that's over 60 million bucks. even after PGW brought in 16 million special dividen, they still post 60.2 million net loss attributable to shareholders, not to mention GRO spent 60 cents for 1 share of PGW now is 36 cents.
shareholder equity has reduce from 230 million to 170 million, thats all. Market Cap is still at 60 million. Compare it to Monsanto If you think that Shareholder equity is so important, than i conclude that you agree that Agri should be traded at 3$ AND Monsanto at 25$ instead of 100$.
