    • lol excuse me first time /41 years buyin penny stocks lmao....

    • Do the shares really need to be dissolved? or can they just be converted to the new company at the "discounted" rate?

anybody on the board familiar one what happens with stocks when they get discoulved and the company is selling at a different symbol/exchange?

I personally would just like to see the shares covert over (the company is basically one and the same, same guys running it, products the same, just different entity).

      thoughts welcome.

Mr. 140, I have been trading for over 35 years, never have I had a CEO say such things. Up until reading his update today I was an supporter of this company and it's stock. I had over 3 million shares. Maybe I am stupid for doing so, but I let them go at a small loss.

When a company changes names or reorganizes the shares usually convert to the new company and all the ones I have delt with ended up loosing a great deal of value, BUT the "Gone forever " statement is just downright stupid unless Mr. Weber and friends are just trying to scare investors and buy up shares at a discount and then maybe he will retract his statement say what is really going to happen.

No matter how it goes down, my faith in his abilities to manage financial issues is "Gone forever"

        Sentiment: Strong Sell
