He bought himself the CEO position of what will be the largest airline.....at the expense of minimizing the portion alloted to the LCC common shareholders. 28% is not enough......should have been at least 33%.
Like so many people who trade stocks these days, you are mistaking corrolation for causation. Why on earth should we believe that you can value AMR better than Doug Parker? Call me skeptical.
The reality in the current stock market is that ANYTHING can happen to a stock price at any time. It will take at least a year before "the public" can form any reasonable judgment as to the value of the new assets. In the meantime, take a look at LCC's p/e and tell me if the stock is "too expensive,"
