Nothing wrong with trading "sideways" a while on HUGE vol after such a big move up. It's known as "basing" and/or accumulation and sets a nice solid floor for the next leg up when news is released. No worries this AM, a percentage point pull back on high vol on a flat market day, post holiday looks all good so far. This one is going to take a little time- but when it moves, it will explode, as in several hundred percent in a day. They didn't just hire that VP who's got credentials as long my Johnson, cause they aren't expecting to pursue a partner, buyout or huge partnership. The dude they hired is a combo legal/medical guy with a track record of successful mergers, partnerships, etc- with the WHO's WHO of big pharma. He wouldn't come on board a loser- it's bad for his reputation and pedigree.
