If you like more of the same, then vote YES for TM.
I like to give credit where credit is due; right at the top with the CEO.
CEO is responsible for many of the decisions made at ADXS.

Have we not given this CEO more than enough time to create shareholder value?
Have we not given this CEO more than enough time to produce a paying partnership or license?
Instead we went from .14 in Feb to .05 in May. 90 days = about 70% loss of value??
And this at a time when the share price should be the highest of the year waiting for ASCO and other key developments. If there was any level of confidence in ADXS the share price would not be at .05. What/who helps build that investor confidence? In large part the CEO (T Moore) and Investor Relations and Business Development (D Moore). The report card is in.......time to vote how you see fit.
Finally, someone has seen the light. We have given TM more than enough time to increase shareholder value and he has failed miserably. At last year's SH meeting, we were at 6 cents. We're now at 5 cents, almost an entire year later. This is not the guy we want behind the wheel. We're headed for the border of the precipice. Thelma and Louise made their own choice. I'll be damned if someone's pressing this gas pedal without my consent.
You really have to wonder who their legal advisors are... If these are advised manegment moves based on concrete facts then they have really boloxed up the company. I am hoping TM is just winging it...
