    I like to give credit where credit is due; right at the top with the CEO.
    CEO is responsible for many of the decisions made at ADXS.

    Like the share price at .05 instead of .050? Vote for TOM.
    Like selling shares on open market to finance big CEO salary? Vote for TOM.
    Like sporadic updates and late filings? Vote for TOM.
    Like loosing 60-70% of your investment? Vote for TOM.
    Like a 1/200 reverse splt to evaporate your shares? Vote for TOM.
    Like going to bed every night dreaming of ADXS partnership or license? Vote for TOM.
    Like wondering every morning if ADXS share price just dropped another 20% on one day? Vote for TOM.
    Like to create/issue tens of millions of new shares? Vote for TOM.
    Like the status quo and more of the same? You got it, vote for TOM!

    Have we not given this CEO more than enough time to create shareholder value?
    Have we not given this CEO more than enough time to produce a paying partnership or license?
    Instead we went from .14 in Feb to .05 in May. 90 days = about 70% loss of value??

    And this at a time when the share price should be the highest of the year waiting for ASCO and other key developments. If there was any level of confidence in ADXS the share price would not be at .05. What/who helps build that investor confidence? In large part the CEO (T Moore) and Investor Relations and Business Development (D Moore). The report card is in.......time to vote how you see fit.
