I wished i would have bought NEOP early on. The way I look at it is there's still money to be made in OVIT, the downside risk is it could trade down in the short-term to 35 cents; however, the upside potential is $2 to $3 in 2011 (if it just has an average market cap compared to well marketed peers). And, if Weis hits on all cylinders this could be $4 in 24 months.
A. Insider buying by the CEO- ALEX WEIS
B. Alex Weis, co-founded ilex and that was sold to genzyme for 1 billion.
C. Alex Weis bought Adnagen for OVIT shareholders for $2 million, we as shareholders got $10 million + up to $65 million in free cash over 36 months.
D. Two oncology drugs, if good results show up it could send the stock up like a rocket.
E. Insiders from 2007 IPO/reverse-merger paid $1.75 per share. Who in their right mind would sell at 50 cents with all the free cash flow potentially coming in?
F. Compare OVIT to: AOLS.ob, PVCT.ob and ONC.to. If OVIT's market cap can be an average of those three it would be at least $50 MILLION- which would mean $2.50 per share.
G. Since their is free cash flow forecasted; OVIT's need for PIPE financing is mitigated by at least 75%. So we don't have to worry about a ton of hedge funds shorting against their free warrants! This is a huge aspect..
H. If Weis can pick Ilex and Adnagen and make huge returns on investments. Don't you think he can pick great drugs too? Bet on the Weis here he has already won a bunch of good races.
This is the biggest no-brainer trade on the table.
A lot more than OVIT LOL. NEOP only has top line results coming this week or next. And NDA filing next month. And more RIGS meetings. Little things like that to push it to new highs.
OVIT is trading at 1/4th of their potential milestone income stream over the next 3 years. CEO's been buying shares in the open market. It's trading at a market cap of $13.75 million a tiny fraction of NEOP, PVCT, AOLS or IMUC. Plenty of upside left, stocks could easily trade at least $1 (giving them a $22 million market cap) right now. With the potential upside to $4 like PVCT's market cap of $85 million. Ceo's last company he co-founded was bought by Genzyme for a billion dollars.
