    Encouraging Sign - Volume

It appears that Volume has not surged significantly after the announcement of the NDA acceptance. This seems to contradict the general pattern of "Sell the News". This is encouraging because 1) it may indicate that there are more investors in NEOP than traders and 2) that it will be more difficult for shorts to cover.

    • Really??? To me it means a lot less interest than we all expected and it also means shorts are apparantly not scared into covering just yet.

      • Certainly your opinion has merit and is possible. I did not mean to suggest that my opinion is fact.

In my view, the current share price is not that relevant without an accompanying volume increase. The lack of volume certainly suggests lack of interest, but by whom? Shorts are not covering; however, can it not be argued that Longs are also not selling? I think that if investors thought that there were no more catalysts (Head and Neck indication, Riggs etc.) and this was dead money they would sell and move onto other stocks and come back near PDUFA. If however, you feel that there are other positive catalysts in the near term and this price is a floor, then there is no reason to sell and the volume would not surge.

        Just an opinion. Not fact.

    • Agree! Still alot of shorts that will need to cover. Longs for most part holding shares for long pull.

Next announcement will be filing in the EU. IMO, that will also give NEOP a nice move up.
