    • So let me clarify.... Since I was going to work for a competitor, I did not give them a two weeks' notice. It would have been inappropriate to stay because I handle a large porion of accounts. Plus, one of my primary functions was to price tickets and therefore I would have needed access to pricing. CMC would have told me to leave immediately so I saved them the trouble of having to ask.

CMC had the option to retain my services. Earlier in the year, there were several questions I asked regarding my career and role at the company. I did not get answers to the questions I asked so I decided it was best to part ways.

I think CMC is a great company. Their pay and benefits are in line with their competitors. I just had a difference in opinion when it came to role of markeing in my division. Therefore, I went to work for a company that had a similar vision. I don't think there are any hard feelings. But the job market is coming back and CMC employees will have options if they choose to leave the company.

    • He must have waited till he was vested.
