They ran a story about REE and how undervalued MCP is in relation to its reserves and how secure a non-chinese company's supply is. Basically the same story thats been told for the past few years. If this is the story you are referring to I think it illustrates why UAMY needs to figure out what its provable reserves are down in Mexico. Until that time why should anyone bid up the share price?
I was on the phone with my broker and Bloomberg was on in the background in their office as it seems on all day, and his colleague mentioned something about antimony. It was over by the time the TV tubes warmed up and found nothing anywhere else. I agree 100% until there are earnings or proven reserves all they own is a mountain with a pretty view and have good people working for them in Mexico. That said, they have been mining antimony and have put in a lot of time to build infrastructure. They also get ore from other nearby suppliers. Further said, experts have looked at the mine and are excited about what is in the mountain and that is where I have placed my bet. These are experienced experts. Lots of places to invest. None of this is news. I do not want to be out of the stock when the earnings are announced.
