How many of you longs in the last year have held through IIP(INAP)mgmt's antics and still hold shares with a cost basis over $2.00?!?!!?
I do and my guess is there's plenty of us. You don't have to look to hard during this period to find ample basis for mgmt incompetence, negligence and misuse of stockholders money.
Considering how much we're down during this period and not likely to recoup, I say better to put the screws to the Co now. Go ahead and take what we can get after the lawyers draw their take. And for all of you short timers, wannabees and thinkin about it investors; will be good for you too as, this Co needs a good spanking if to ever turn around and be a going concern on Wallstreet.
Wake up Inapers!
If not a spanking a good wake up call, with a pink slip would be very nice! Peters does not understand his role wtih regard to protecting shareholder value! Maybe now that he has a big house his Father Inlaw can find hime another job!
I'm actually long this stock, averaged in at 1.12 with recent purchase. My position is small with only 5000 shares but I have been in and out this stock for over two years.
I'm not hear chest pounding or trying to boost ego's my own or anyone elses. Just trying to add useful information for discussion. That will be all!!! in regards to personal exchanges...
Oh this is a good one. I am suing because I lost money on a spec play penny stock that I bought after a fall from $100.00 to 13 cents. Oh and by the way I never really understood what it is exactly IIP does.
Boy Id like to see the judge on that case.
I'm sure that IIP is on the watch list of the class action law firms. Any hint of weakness in earnings, and I can see it now, "material misrepresentation of company's prospects to profit from insider sales, raise cash under false pretences, etc., etc."
