    Mr. Bischoff has over 20 years experience joining, First Tennessee from ABN AMRO where he was head of Institutional Equity Sales and a Senior Managing Director. Mr. Bischoff also served as the Co-Chair for the Research Investment Policy Committee. While at ABN AMRO, Mr. Bischoff was successful in opening offices in London and San Francisco. Prior to ABN AMRO, Mr. Bischoff was a Senior Managing Director and Partner of The Chicago Corporation, which was purchased by ABN AMRO, where he was head of Institutional Equity Sales and Co-Chair of the Research Investment Policy Committee. As head of Institutional Sales, he opened and built offices in New York and Boston. Mr. Bischoff helped grow the institutional commission revenue while at The Chicago Corporation and ABN AMRO from approximately $11 million to $100 million in a five year period. Mr. Bischoff graduated from Fairleigh Dickenson University with a B.S. in Finance and Economics and continued at FDU with graduate studies.

    Mr. Rizzo was a founding partner and Chief Operating Officer of Midwest Research * Maxus Group Limited (Midwest), a sell-side equity research and trading firm. Midwest was established in 1996 and acquired by First Tennessee Securities Corporation on January 2, 2001. Prior to forming Midwest, Mr. Rizzo was the Chief Financial Officer of Roulston and Company, Inc. a Cleveland based money management and investment research firm. Mr. Rizzo joined Roulston in 1984 and was a Vice-President in the Corporate Finance Department, Senior Vice President and Director of Management Information Systems prior to becoming the Firms Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. Mr. Rizzo earned his B.S.B.A. in accounting at John Carroll University.
