I know that is what Jim said, I'm hoping you or someone else may be able to shed some light on approval process time frame. Color me skeptical, but a SALE by the end of 2013 seem overly optimistic. I would think that it would take 3-6 months after the drug is injected into patients before even preliminary results could be determined.
This was a good question and a good answer. Can we take it one step further?
For the sake of this discussion, let's say it comes down to 10 billion. I went to their website and attempted to figure out how many common shares are outstanding. I did, that was the easy part. As of 12/31/11 their common stock outstanding was 12,919,538 shares. BUT, in reviewing the rest of the equity section of the balance sheet, there are so many "convertible preferred" shares with different issue dates, I cannot figure out how much per share each of us would get assuming the 10 billion proceeds (less the payoff of other debts.) Anyone out there that can figure out the equity section of the balance sheet? If so, render a guess as to how much each of us would receive.
