Made a run on wed now we are

But it is REAL not imaginary. The inventory has already been manufactured. True, it is taking up space , but it is not like a tomato that is going to rot.

Brand new footwear will always sell at the right price. It takes marketing and a new approach.

Given a choice I would rather have 100,000,000 in inventory than 100,000,000 in debt with NO inventory.

4 or 5 years ago crocs had the same problem and recovered nicely after that. They have come back down but investors could have made a bundle had they bought in at a new low.

    • They are going to liquidate the inventory at some point to a reseller at some price and take the gross margin hit.

They have been spending huge sums of money on marketing as well which they are going to to stop and finally bring expenses down.

It just seems at some point you clean up inventory for whatever you can get, right size expenses as best you can and they you have to seriously considering selling the company before it gets run into the ground.

It can still go lower but I am accumulating some shares here and trading around the violatility.
