If you admit there is room for COH, you have to admit a P/E of 16 is not expansive for Coach at all. A few years ago, when Coach is more dominant in the accessible luxury market, it deserve a 22+ P/E. Now, it gets less dominant but still a major player, a P/E of around 18 would be justified.
