"due.diligence1000"...U R very correct in your view of NQ
This company has all the red flags and warning signs perfectly and directly in the view of everybody. I called it Scam then and I call it Scam still today. But greedy retail will like always be the last one to turn the lights off.
I'm sure you are a basher, but I'm a long, and I don't care for some of the machinations of NQ management. There are red flags here, which makes me nervous. Unloaded 1/2 before earnings, and nothing since then has inspired much confidence. You shouldn't always have to defend or excuse moves made by management, if so then you have to question if this is the best use of your capital. I like the growth story here, it's the right application in the right sector. Execution is always the 64,000 question. I've been in a few investments over the years where management often had to say " Wait til next year ". Most worked out poorly.
I'm hoping today's tumble on low volume is mostly tax selling.
