Agree completely. They have $3.13 in cash, book value is now $9.24, and earnings are $.70 to $.90 per annum in a down economy. Additionally- their new building and land purchase gives them twice the square footage for the same expense as their current rent. They will gain appreciation in that property as the property market improves. All info from earnings call. ISSI is a very good buy at $9 right now.
