      • they where denied the injuction back on the 22nd . which means they awarded the contract to the other company....but a big BUT. the breach of contract law suit is still moving forward. the Judge did not want to harm the community by slowing down the airpot after september 1rst if this happened.......... i Think Saker Aviation will WIN the lawsuit imo because Saker had the right to match any other bid from the other FBOs according to the contract. the airport did not allow did not give SKAS this opportunity.........

Think was it like how NFL restricted free agency works. ExampleTom Brady is a restricted free agent after 5 years and it states that in his contract. This means other teams have the right to bid has much as they want for Tom Brady but no matter what if the Patriots match the best offer from any other team they keep Tom brady.

this is How SKAS contract was with the airport after 10 years. the Airport could take other bids from other Fbo's but if Saker match those offer they would be awarded a 5 year extension. and after those 5 eyars another bid would take place and another 5 year extension. after those 2 5 year periods. the entire contract would expire. I do NOT see how Saker does not get some settlement package in court
