So after reporting (black-out days), they can sell their gifted shares... a form of bonus pay. I'd suspect equities to sell off mid/end of month after each quarter until such time the monies recirculates back into some form of investment.
The best way to please a customer is to give them more then promised. I learned a lesson as a management trainee. Always beat the expectations. Promise only what you can deliver, and then deliver plus some. Think about it, if you go to a restaurant for dinner and at the receptionist, your wife / girl friend is greeted with a Rose. I bet you will delighted.
They low ball the estimates on each company......if they call for $1.00 in earnings....add 15%........so $1.15 would be a better estimate......they want every company to beat there estimate, soooooo everything looks good......Funnt how they all warn before earnings if there going to miss......but never warn when there earnings are better
