Richmond, VA. Isn't that a predominately White hood? If not Whiter than a Wonder Bread Salespersons Uniform? Nuttin' against Wonder Bread, I ate it a time or 2 in my lifetime. Not bad, just not on my current shopping list.
And CONsidered to be an affluent hood? Probably not too many Hispanics and Blacks livin' in that zip code; simply based on historical demographics. And, in the current Failing eCONomy, I doubt very much that historically lower wage earning folks are moving into that area.
