Once when the speaker said they will allow 2 weeks ago
One last week when the republican controlled house signed the already known fact
and now the senate which is democratically controlled anyways.
So perhaps the markets can go up a 4th time when obama signs...LOL

hopefully this admin can spend 5 or 6 trill before may 19 or so,before they decide to cut spending!maybe they can put it in the s&p so we can DUMP and get out!
