Not for years. Maybe for ONE year, tops. That money has to come from somewhere, and the average American is much poorer now than at anytime in the past several decades (when REAL prices of goods and services are considered). The "stock market" is a tiny market compared to currencies, bonds, commodities, derivatives, etc.
It's a bubble, plain and simple, and the greatest evidence you have of that is so many people screaming that it's NOT. This is the hallmark of every bubble in history.
