Pissani and Insana are wrong on CNBC. The real historical low for the DOW was $28.48 in 1896. They need to be accurate. Because Its important when calculating an Elliot Wave count. JMHO.

I was thinking the same thing as they were patting themselves on the back while reading the teleprompter
