    Effect of QE

The Shanghai composite is basically breakeven since 2007 with a Chinese economy growing ostensibly at ~8% YOY (probably closer to 3%), while the S&P is up 35% in the same timeframe with sub 2% GDP. All Ben has done is blown a lot of hot air and screw the savers, which will come back to haunt him. His QE last ditch effort to avoid deflation is doomed to fail, in the long run and not too distant short run demographics will trump all. Aggregate demand and production will fall as boomers retire.
