Mimvi site is not that great IMO, it needs a catagory listing as well as best sellers.
The "contact" page on the website has not worked for me. With a $18 mil market cap I think this is too rich right now as there are still zero revenues. A 10 cent price would bring the market cap to a still generous $3.1 mil.
They need to enhance this site before they will see any meaningful traffic IMO.
i have been using mimvi for over a month now, and can tell you, IMO, that it is the only place where i can find any app i am looking for. being an owner of both a Droid and iPhone, Google's and Apple's app stores do not return the same results, both in terms of quality/relevance and number of results--their respective app store experiences are a nightmare! I haven't found a site out there which returns as many results that meet my needs... As for enhancing how apps are presented, remember this is a search engine, not an app store. there are a plethora of app stores out there, but only one, true search engine for mobile apps (as far as I can tell)...take a look at Google for an example of a successful search engine... As for the contact page, that's not very good...though I doubt it should influence their market cap:) in any case, you may want to email a complaint to them, i am sure they'll fix it for you...
