What Mimvi Needs
Is to lower their outstanding share count, and to finalize a deal with Samsung, and we are off to the races, bye bye shorty, do not collect $200, over a $1, NASDAQ here we come.

  or they could report revenue. goog was cash flow positive and ebidta positive before the ipo. mimvi isn't even close. why

  Is everyone that buys a share, turn right around & put in a GTC sell order for at least $1.00. This ties those shares up. Shorts can't borrow against those shares. All of a sudden, price per share starts up because everything on the ask side is at least $1.00. Price starts rising, REPEAT. That and better news as mentioned in above comments.
