    Something's not right

It's looking like Mimvi has fallen into the hands of more corrupt management. This time just one man controls all decisions. All products associated wqith Mimvi have been removed from the website as well as the entire board and the only one listed thus controls all decisions. Those decisions recently involved buying a company that he was affiliated with earlier and now hiring a couple more people who he previously worked with. Looks like helping friends by ioncreasing the share count and increasing it at a much faster rate than ever. Thjis guy can not .10cents a share he has a couple million dollars and for what? For being able to pay biills and pad his friend's pockets from creating more shares. There is noone left who can question what he does. There is no more Mimvi products. There is nothing to prevent him from continuing on his course of helping friends! Is the company bringing in more contracts....more deals? he pr'd a couple right after the announcement when he took over and clearly said he was excited to have access to the public markets but nothing stated since then except Ember and his 2 friends. Looking like another management that does not at all care about shareholders and the fact that he is the largest shareholder is BS because he got his shares for nothing. He doesn't have to pay employees out of his pocket anymore...oh yeah he fired all employees and only has his friends left to get paid from shares.

    • The CEO, Qayad Shareef, clearly stated in press release statements that Adaptive Media was planning on incorporating Mimvi technology, such as MimviLink, into the Adaptive Media platforms. He stated in a July 16th press release:

"Our goal is to integrate Mimvi's proprietary recommendation capabilities into the mAdaptive platform in the second phase of rollout," he added. "This will fulfill the original vision of Mimvi Link by driving app installs across relevant content through native and mobile web advertising."

Mr. Shareef also stated in a July 22nd press release: "And moving forward, we intend to apply Mimvi's proprietary discovery and recommendation technology to curate video content and placement on thousands of relevant partner sites for better targeting of ads by brand advertisers."

Adaptive Media, aka Mimvi, has also issued a couple more press releases concerning contracts with other companies since the first couple that were announced around the time of the merger so I don't see where your claims are valid.

Yes I do agree that the website lists only Mr. Shareef as management but he is not the only one. There is a link to other team members from Adaptive Media and there also is Ben Padnos from Mimvi who is now head of Corporate Development. Mr Padnos is a very intelligent and capable man.

At this point, I do not see how you can claim Mr. Shareef is misleading and scamming Mimvi shareholders like the previous managment. Mr. Shareef is the largest shareholder and did receive his shares for doing the merger and thus you can say his shares were "free" but look at what Mr. Shareef has brought to Mimvi shareholders---REVENUE! So far Mr. Shareef has followed through with all that he has stated.

    • pls go on and explain how you were made aware of this. thank you

      • All you need to do is read the press releases that the ceo has released, read the website and you will see all the products gone and also the ceo being the only member of the board and a little searching will show you the relationship between the ceo and the recent company he bought and the relationship with the 2 new hires. It is easy to find all the inforemation needed to see what I wrote.
