    • Yeah, and take a look at Buffalo Wildwings one of the all time success stories which is run by two "chicks."

    • I believe that in order to be politically correct and fill diversity quotas some women and minorities are quickly advanced to levels beyound their abilities..some time ago a management principle came out called the "Peter Principle" that is that often times the incompetent and unready float up to the top...I not sure what's up with Jack but my experience as a guest show that standard for cleanliness and equipment repair is deteriorating at stores. Seems like staff turnover and lack of training and supervision is also hurting visitor experience. Is the big push over to franchise all the stores hurting quality of staff and facilities and damaging guest experience as the franchisors cut expenses and investment to increase their unit's profit. I think Jack has lost focus on identity of who their target market is. Maybe time for Jack to get back to basics: clean stores, working equipment, qualified and happy staff, anticipating needs of customers. Could also be the menu is just to broad and is confusing for the staff and guests, slows the process down. The stock price has reflected the disappointment..in the long run a company does not do well when the best choice for the future is to hope for a take over or a buy out
