par value is given on any stock.......even a stock like CSCO has a par value of 0.01.......CNTV's par value in the PR of 0.0001 is the same as almost any other company out there....Par value is just a legality.
What you are saying is different then those on the board who say the value would be .001You're saying the stock can open higher. Does anyone have any information on this
Anyone who knows anything knows that par value is a legal thing and NOT a current value. It has absolutely nothing to do with the value of a share.
