All publicly traded home builders are moving up these days, and in particular today with FED non-tapering. After all, the main issue with homebuilders since MaY was the fast rising mortgage rate. CHCI was the only exception. Even new and foreign builders such as TPH TMHC AVHI GFA. I guess Brazilian economy too is turning around.
DHI's 200 day moving average is less than 80 cents away at $22.10. Its 10 day moving average is about to go above of 50 day moving average.
For 4 out of last 5 years, DHI along with other builders significantly went up from Sep to Dec. The pattern is clear, and it seems that this is not going be an exception.
CHCI will only follow the rest if not it leads the rest. See you soon.
