I've done some research on nxth and

Some things to be concerned with is how many shares are currently outstanding, and how many shares the company is authorized to sell, & planning to sell in the future which will dillute the stock price, and as with any company, are the Corp. Officers honest? Also are they buying shares in their company or are they selling their shares into the rising stock price? Are the claims for this product going to stand up to further scientific investigation? How much are they paying the well-known Doctors to give their opinions of the products and to sit on the board etc. etc. Are they paying them in cash or stock? Is it a big hit to the bottom line? Will the patents be issued in the US as hoped for? Will a health issue appear from customers "out-of-the-blue" in the months and years down the line bringing on huge lawsuits claiming health damage etc. etc. etc... Lots of issues for any new penny-stock company, especially one selling something the public is putting in their bodies...
