    Why Sell Your Amid Shares?

This is a great young company with good leaders, strong fundamentals, a large dividend that that will increase as the company grows, and they are in the right field. Gas costs are at an all time low, but with increasing consumption it's price will increase, and it will bring ever growing profits to AMID. It is an excellent long term buy and hold. Good luck, and enjoy the nice dividends.

    • do you know what the Payout Ratio is of this "investment" as of Oct. 22,2012? It's like over 1000%...
This means that if the MLP announces they can't afford to pay out a dividend
this high because the $$$ are just not there to give out then the price of this
MLP will break the sound barrier on it's way down.... This one is worth waiting
for the bad news dividend yield correction before considering buying into it
and then what would be the point if there is no dividend....
Don't take me wrong here, I am a firm believer in the future of nat gas and all that
intails the increased usage by north america for the next 10 years, but, a 1000%
Payout Ratio of the dividend tells me the yield will be devistated at any moment.
I learned this the hard way...

      Sentiment: Strong Sell

    • Charles -

Hope you understand the difference between a distribution and a dividend. It is a very big one! I too wish AMID well but only having coverage of 61% of the current distribution by DCF last quarter is not a good sign. AMID has an excellent management team but they need to put the assets together to make some sort of sense instead of owing little isolated "dots". Not sure how they accomplish that.
