Just today wasted an hour plus with one stupid person after another. Told a call would be transferred then not. Told one person I was being double billed and then she replied what trouble I am having! Was told that my bill would be about $26 for the next two months and then find out it was a BIG FAT LIE! It just continues over and over getting lied to be representatives at Century Link. They have no real accountability there. By the way, with equipment cheaper now and installed as opposed to 15 years ago, the price should be lower or the same as 15 years ago but these guys want to charge $40 per month for the lowest speed DSL! It's a big rip-off!
I have to switch to Netzero. My heart hurts so much, lost my voice and can't deal with this garbage any longer. I don't know how they can retain customers when they treat them like dirt. Sent three emails yesterday and got no reply as well. It's too frustrating dealing with so many billing problems and horrific customer service of them hanging up the phone soon into the call. Just today once on the phone with Sue and she asks how I am doing I told her terrible then she hung up! How is this company run??? It's ridiculous! I still do not know how they can retain customers with their horrific bad attitudes and lies all the time.
