Don't ever count CTL down and out. While there is still a big move to go wireless, there is a much smaller amount of decrease to come in land lines. The spying by NSA and local law enforcement on 'over-the-air' transmissions is leading some big thought to retaining land lines for a bigger measure of security. Not cable lines, but old fashion land lines. The clarity is much superior, the transmission lag is nil and the possibility of dropped calls is nil. There will be a legacy of land lines for a long time from now. I'm guessing that CTL will charge more for the land line connections due to demand alone and it doesn't cost them hardly anything to retain the existing land lines.
I think the $30.50 level is about the bottom for CTL from here on out.
