So what's your guess on how many shares the NIA will have after the two weeks that they are (allegedly) not going to mention SYNC? If they don't mention SYNC in their e-mails they don't have to disclose. Think this is the selloff?
Interesting that their messages now say "NIA's #1 favorite stock suggestion" without mentioning SYNC by name. Does that relieve them of disclosure requirements as they don't specifically name names although anyone who has gotten e-mails from them know what stock they are referring to? They truly walk the fine line.
Yes, and they aren't disclosing how many shares they own. I think they are selling into this little bump up and hoping to get the price up a bit so they can dump the rest and leave a lot of carnage behind. Kind of reminds me of that old Jethro Tull song - "And you snatch your rattling last breaths with deep-sea-diver sounds....."
Good point about them not disclosing their holdings. The NIA could have been accumulating stock at levels around $5 or so before they started their email campaign and had to disclose. That being the case they probably haven't been hurt too bad if they are dumping. However, there's folks who have a fairly high CB as it rose to $18. Those people I feel sorry for, don't see it getting back there anytime soon if ever.
