    NIA says - -

They only own 60,000 shares - - guess they didn't tell you/us when they sold.
If it was sooooooo good, why did they sell ? ? ? LOL

Disclaimer: NIA currently owns 60,000 shares of SYNC. NIA intends to sell these shares in the future and can do so at any time. NIA reserves the right to add to its SYNC position at any time.

    • So they dumped 386,035 shares for a tax loss at the end of the year but just happened to dump another 40,000 shares between January 2nd and today without mentioning it. Karma is an itch-bay :) Wonder what the next scheme they needed the money for will be?

      Sentiment: Hold

    • They have clearly turned mostly bearish on this company. They wouldn't have come out with this e-mail risking having to buy more at a higher price with an e-mail pump just before their 30 day holding period is finally up. It looks like they are done buying and don't intend to buy more once their holding period for tax loss selling is up.

In fact, it looks like they are just about ready to head to the next pump and dump scam. Thank goodness.

I say this because simply NIA could have waited just a few more days, re-entered the stock back to their orginal share amount--then began dissementing pumper e-mails again. But nope. They got 60,000 shares and that is it. And for all we know they are looking for a bounce to get rid of that too.

Then they'll beging their next pump and dump scheme.
