Couldn't agree more. After all the layoffs I wonder what the manager/VP ratio is to the actual "worker bees". Company is way too top heavy. As you said, managers are even more afraid for their jobs because if the axe falls they know there is nothing out there.
There is stuff out there, just not for the disengaged. ARW management has been so internally focused that it would be hard to bring a honed skillset to the market after working at ARW. They know it, hence they are lemmings to ML. Can't blame them, it is all the know and have avaliable to them.
