"The speed with which effective NeuGene drugs can be designed and manufactured exceeds any other modern drug development time frame"
Which is quite nice. Now they need to learn how to 'speedily' address the issue of writing good copy for PR's, and to follow thru when botched!
Look at this another way: no side effects or toxicity and almost no effect either. I could do the same with WATER! So after 28 days (whenever you get the info for that), there still may not be a reduction in the virus and there may be side effects. Let's not talk about that though. BUY BUY BUY!
Had they disclosed this know result at the company conference call...
Had they not thrown in the avian flu "news" the day before...
This whole fiasco was calculated and put forward just as planned and achieved the desired effect.
Keep praising the company Joy. I sold ALL of mine. You can have a company with this type of management.
nomdguer - actually, I think the characterization of the reduction in viral load as "slight" is a fairly accurate asseessment. A 50% reduction in overall viral load would likely be referred to by peers as slight. Particularly when you are looking for multi-log reductions for therapeutic use. The net resulting viral load reduction was certainly not robust.
Had the AVII PR office used optimistic adjectives, they certainly would have been attacked for attempting to tout the results. And they could even have been charged with misrepresentation in our hair-splittingly litigeous investment world.
So in my own personal response to your question:
"Do you rule out the possibility that the "front office" people responsible for that wording went out of their way, for whatever reason, to suggest a poor result?"
Yes, I would rule out such possibility. I thought the response by the front office was appropriate.
<<whop are you are you asking?..........are you drunk or otherwise impaired??>>
Ironic that, in a largely incoherent posting of your own, you ask whether I am drunk or impaired.
Although you parlance was rather jumbled (and "whop" is not a word I am familiar with), your intent to insult me came through. I now know why you have so many fans on this board.
