I have read a large number of the posts about the resullts shown in the presentation. To be perfectly blunt, it seems to me that no new data are really being presented. Several posts indicated that the biggest (new) news is that heart muscles are not deteriorating. However, one post indicates that data on upper body strength were not presented to enable a before and after comparison as to whether an actual improvement occured. So, although I am long, I wld have to agree that the presentation doesn't in fact shed any new light on the effectiveness of the drug. Correct me if I am wrong.
Another long in sheep's clothing. You are in denial about what is about to go down after the latest release of info. These slides and W-blots are now "visible" proof that this drug is for real. Have you ever heard the old simile, "A picture is worth a thousand words"? End of story shortie.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Considering the lack of any responses that indicate that I am factually wrong, I can only conxlude that indeed, there is no new informaton of any consequence. My conclusion: the stock is up on Monday onlly if the market disocunted the data presented during the conference call, and wanted a second confirmation of results.
Ha! You got that right oncmillionaire. IT's going to be quite a show, once again. Desperation, panic, lies, innuendo, the whole enchilada. Despite what people short this stock will say and do, Jenn McNary's younger son can now open his own milk cartons and he gets to actually play soccer. Fact is, the drug works, and apparently quite well. Amazing. Shorts will have to pay, and probably handsomely, for their most recent misjudgements. And as you noticed, they're going to make quite a ruckus as they part with their cash. C'est la vie.
