Gary yu know I like you, always have and likely always will. But GALE is a dog of near unmatched proportions. The product is garbage immunologically speaking (and I am being kind) and management is worse. There is a near zero chance that E75 (NeuVax) will work as claimed, and please understand that the clinical data they spout is weak at best, and in the end represents exactly 18 pts in the best dosing group that is used to ake the claims on recurrence rates. One pt would change the result completely. While the Her-2/neu target is a great one (believe me I know that is what we/I have going at Mayo clinic now in ph1 only) this 'target' of E75 is junk, the science is just plain wrong. Find a time when you can get as close to whole as possible but get out and stay out. That dog don't hunt, and they are at least 2-3 more offerings away from any hint of a data read at interim look. Of course this is just my humble opinion, but let's call it an informed one OK.
