Great news for the McNary family. Sounds like Max is still improving. I noticed that a parent reported another child skipping for the first time, after using the Prosensa/GSK drug. Exon skipping really seems to work and is especially exciting for the families with children in the trials.

Really? If half of his success we hear about is true, this is really a miracle drug. I remember the Jerry Lewis telethons were the kids would greatly deteriorate one yr to the next. It was terrible. It would be amazing if this drug truly worked. I never thought I would see a cure in my lifetime. I'm 63. I pray for everyone sake that all the science is proven correct for these kids.
