    Seeking Alpha Article

Check out the second stock listed. It's been tearing it up on the Canadian exchange the past couple of days.

      • An even more significant falsehood that the Alpha writer authors is he accepts the narrative that since GSK's Drisa is toxic, Eterplirsen might be toxic too [paraphrase]. This is an uninformed and chemically illiterate position to hold for the following reasons...The Drisa Oligo is a 2-OME chemistry while Eterplirsen is a PMO. The only chemical similarity are the nitrogen bases [nucleobases] they contain. The only possible toxicity due to W/C bonding would be off-target effects. None have been reported by either chemistry for this indication. The genesis for Drisa's toxicity is the Thio- linkage. It damages the proximal tubules of the kidney [nephrons]. This is clearly documented in their ongoing multiple trials. The PMO has a phosphorodiamidate [nonionic] linkage. There are thousands of scientific papers that study PMO's and their effects in different cell systems and organisms and I have yet to read any suggestion that this linkage or the base PMO molecule is toxic. Eventhough this author is a Sarepta "bull" his ignorance on important matters involving eterplirsen are unsettling.

        Sentiment: Strong Buy
