A stock such as Sarepta which is heavily shorted with a great future will be worth buying for the forseeable future. AA looks highly likely and the shorts will fade as the stock rises (see GMCR). This provides a double blast off. The day following a jump up in SRPT offers me another chance to tap into my new margin availability to buy more stock. I was travelling this morning so missed some good buying opportunities but I did add 220 shares at around $39. That evens me out at 7000 shares.
By the way, I'm dropping my screen name shimp41 because Yahoo offered no way that I could find of removing my name from the default position on the message board. Every once in a while I would forget to select shimp41 in the drop down window and my name would appear. So, to remove one more useless step from my life I'm going with my name. If Bud Rolf can use his name and others here also, why not? I don't need an alias to hide from lies.
I bought some yesterday after seeing Chase purchased a sizable amount open market. 80% of my holdings are vested LT now. Hope to continue adding!!! Future of this company will be one to follow for the next few years
I buy on dips, but my target was below 35, I firmly think we go up , but I have a large enough position, and have a great return at the prices I have bought in, and the shares I had when it was AVII so little to rich right at 40 for my blood but I am long and strong 24x7 and hope I DO NOT HAVE ANY MORE Chances TO BUY " CHEAP SHARES'..
As we learned yesterday, Anthony Chase, member of the board of the company, was buying at 38.50 a few days ago, not much below this level :) Any time is a good time to buy SRPT. The stock is worth much more than these levels.
