I think people on this board are making way too much out of this. First of all count your blessings that we are at such a late state of progress with only 30 million shares out. An ATM is shareholder friendly compared to secondary, and I would practically guarantee it will be used after announcement of AA (to scale up manufacturing) so we are probably talking about less about 1-2 million shares DOWN THE ROAD. I would love it if Chris announces the intent to apply for AA one hour into trading on Friday BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
You're right on target! They're expecting AA and want to be ready this time to raise capital at high stock prices when the big pop comes. Heck, Tesla did the same thing at $92 and now it's a lot higher. It's a smart move and I'm all for it. The unhappy shareholders are not focusing about what's best for the future of the company. Remember, we're supporting the company and its work by being shareholders. This is a commitment not a game.
