Hello everyone, I have been noticing more talk about shrinking glaciers and the future impact on local water supplies around the world. LNN and VMI will have a major role internationally with regards to compensating for decreased water supply from this phenomenon-especially in areas with smaller glaciers. I bought VMI and LNN after reading about this subject. Here is a link from earthpolicy.org which gives specific details-now, I don’t know how reputable this website is, however, I did see several programs on television, and they all seem to reiterate the same story as what I am reading. http://www.earthpolicy.org/Updates/2008/Update71_data.htm
What does everyone think about this? From what I gather, there is no danger of water shortages today—but the problem seems to be looming for next decade.
Is this real or is it propaganda by the global warming folks? –Either way, stock prices move by opinions and not always by the facts alone. --cnote
