On a fully diluted basis, it's over $930 million. Last I counted, there were 43 million fully dilutes shares outstanding. And that was before the latest round of dilution, so the market cap is even higher now. Their capital structure is rather complex for a small-cap stock. Some analysts are still using 21 million shares as the basis for market cap. I don't know why. I would include everything in the mix, including the convertable preffered stock and warrants. Jacobs made a soft promise on a conference call last year that it would be many years before he converts his interest-bearing preferred stock into common stock; but that doesn't mean we get to ignore it when calculating the fully diluted sharecount.
