GERS Preparing Lawsuit Against Valero For Advanced Oil System
Remember the Advanced Oil System Valero bought from ICM? A major ruling by the U.S. district court of Indiana has ruled against ICM's claim construction. GERS is energized and backed by the USPTO with a family of patents. The system Valero purchased does not get around GERS' patents. VLO is not licensed to use this technology and they are infringing.
